Can I walk in and purchase things?

No! To make sure you get exactly what you want, we recommend placing your order online. We prefer to have our sweeter items—cakes, cupcakes, some pastries, etc.— fresh for you.

Is there a minimum number to order?

You can order any flavor combination from our monthly menu. The minimum order quantity can be found on that particular desserts homepage if you're interested in a taste other than what is offered on our monthly menu. 

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Cakes, cupcakes, and some pastries orders that are customised require a deposit and at least two full weeks in advance notice. It doesn't hurt to inquire because sometimes we can fit in cakes with less notice. If at all possible, we do advise giving even more advance warning. We cannot guarantee availability until your order is placed with a deposit because some weekends do book up entirely months in advance. For larger orders, we do ask that you give us more advance notice.  It is a good idea to email us and see if we can help as there are certain exceptions to these guidelines. 

Do you require a deposit?

Under $100 orders require full payment at the time of ordering. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders above $100, with the remaining balance due on delivery date.

A 50% non-refundable fee is required for wedding orders, and the remaining balance is payable three weeks before delivery.

We do not schedule orders on our calendar until payment has been received. All payments made will be converted into credits that can be applied toward future purchases for a period of up to a year if you need to cancel or delay your order more than 7 business days before the scheduled delivery date. Any money paid will be forfeited if the order is canceled within 7 business days of the delivery date.

What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, all major credit cards, debit cards and contactless payment methods, such as Cashapp and Paypal.

Do you make gluten-free? Vegan? Sugar-free? What about food-allergies?

Please let us know about any additional sensitivities you may have before placing an order so we can make sure no items are made with those components. We offer sugar-free and vegan options.
